Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once the cake has been completed and within 48hrs

Changes to Orders

• We are happy to accommodate changes to your order (such as flavor or decoration) if requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up or delivery.

• Any changes made after the 48-hour window may incur additional fees.
